Low Tension Control Panels
What is an LT Panel?
An LT (Low Tension) Panel is an electrical distribution board designed to receive power from a generator or transformer and distribute it safely and efficiently to various electrical devices, sub-panels, or loads. These panels are integral components in electrical power systems, ensuring effective power management across industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities.
Our LT Panels are engineered for both indoor and outdoor applications, built to endure harsh environmental conditions with rugged construction and high-grade protection. Designed with energy efficiency in mind, they operate on low electricity consumption, offering a cost-effective and reliable solution for diverse power distribution needs.
Main LT Panel Features & Functions
The Main LT Control Panel is offered with single or multiple incomers, bus couplers with electrical and/or mechanical interlocking, and is equipped with necessary protective relays, indication lamps, and meters as per client specifications. Various design configurations are available, including:
- Top, middle, or horizontal busbar chambers
- Panels with aluminum or copper busbars
- Top/bottom/front/rear cable termination
- Integration with APFC (Automatic Power Factor Control) section if required
- DG incomer with AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) function
- Load management features such as cut-off of non-essential feeders during mains failure
- Provision for bus duct connection at main incomer
