Motor Control Center (MCC) Panel
Nextgen Power Controls is a leading manufacturer and supplier of precision-engineered Motor Control Center (MCC) Panels in India. We are committed to delivering nothing short of perfection. Our MCC panels are designed to feed larger loads, tailored to client specifications, and fully compliant with international standards for quality, safety, and performance.
What is a Motor Control Center Panel?
A Motor Control Center (MCC) Panel is a centralized system that efficiently controls and manages multiple motors in industrial and commercial facilities. Equipped with essential components such as circuit breakers, motor starters, and protective relays, MCC panels ensure reliable power distribution, overload protection, and streamlined motor operations—making them indispensable for heavy-duty applications.
Key Features:
- Available with DOL, Star-Delta, and RDOL starters.
- Single Front / Double Front designs with DCS / Marshaling termination facilities.
- Control voltage management through control transformers.
- Type-2 coordination for enhanced safety, wherever required.
Each MCC panel features enclosed sections with a common power bus, offering organized, safe, and efficient motor operation. Combination starters, including motor starters, circuit breakers/fuses, and power disconnects, are integrated into each section to maximize operational safety and reliability.
MCC Panels: Centralized Motor Control Solutions
Our MCC panels provide a unified system to manage the simultaneous operation of multiple motors across various industrial processes. Designed for flexibility, they support various motor starting methods such as Direct-On-Line (DOL) and Star-Delta starting. MCC panels are tailored to motor power ratings and include feeders for motors, blowers, and other equipment. They also offer auto/manual operational modes for seamless adaptation to different working environments.
MCC Panel: Advanced Motor Control Technology
Enhance your motor management with MCC panels engineered for efficiency, dependability, and optimal power distribution. Customizable options provide superior automation, safety, and future scalability.
